Can’t make it in-person?
We got you.

We are looking forward to having you join us virtually for the All Company Meeting general sessions! Please read through the information below carefully so you know what to expect.

General Session Information

Remote attendees will receive calendar holds in the coming days, which will include different Zoom links for each of the live sessions. While exact times may flex, you can expect content streaming during the following times:

  • Wednesday, May 11 | 5 – 6:30 p.m. CT

  • Thursday, May 12 | 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. CT

  • Practice breakouts run Thursday, May 12 from 2 – 5 p.m. CT. Any remote access links or instructions for those sessions will be provided by the practice or Shared Services function leader.

  • Friday, May 13 | 8:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. CT

  • Depending on your time zone, you may adjust your working schedule for the day to accommodate the content streaming. Live stream content will also be available for playback, should you miss a session.

Experience Details

Remote attendees will be in listen-only mode and table discussions will not be replicated virtually. Some of our speakers will be taking questions from the audience. All attendees, remote and in-person, can pose their questions using Slido. When prompted, go to slido.com and use code 202020 to submit your question or upvote other questions.

If you get a Ring the Bell that you would like to share, please email Alicia Leitzen (aleitzen@westmonroe.com) brief details about the deal (please avoid using acronyms in your description). Senior Leadership will read your Ring the Bell during the live stream.

Expectations

Unless FTO has been planned and approved for this timeframe, individuals who are not attending the ACM in person and have available time outside live-streamed sessions are expected to treat this time as a normal business day supporting client delivery, business development, and/or practice development.

Stay In-the-Know

We suggest remote attendees download The ACM App for the most up-to-date agenda information, as times may shift. You can also find more information on the Remote Experience page on the ACM website (password: 20YEAR).

Questions?

If you have questions or concerns about your remote experience during the ACM, please email Alicia Leitzen from the Corporate Communications team at aleitzen@westmonroe.com.
